GUIDELINES FOR BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT AT CHCC
- Comprehensive Health Care Clinic (CHCC) is conducted Monday through Friday.
- You can make a provisional appointment for CHCC by calling above mentioned contact numbers from Monday through Sunday (8AM to 10 PM). To confirm this appointment, kindly deposit a sum of Rs. 5,000 as advance payment. The payment can be made at the OPD counter or online (Click Here).
- In case you wish to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please intimate at least 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment, so the advance payment can be adjusted to rescheduled appointment or refunded. If we do not receive intimation for rescheduling/cancellation 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, the advance payment made would be forfeited.
- In case of corporate clients, Authorisation Letter issued by the employer will be required to confirm an appointment.
VISIT 1: (FIRST APPOINTMENT)
- Upon reaching the OPD desk, kindly get yourself registered and proceed with the payment.
- For males and females above 40 years of age, Creatinine-Serum test will be performed, as a pre-requisite to CT Coronary Angiogram.
- OPD staff will guide you to the Consultation Room.
- After consultation and examination, chest X-ray and ultrasound* will be done.
- Kindly note that at least 2 to 3 hours are required to go through the various steps during Visit 1.
- At the end of Visit 1, your follow-up appointment will be scheduled as per your convenience, either in person or through telemedicine clinic.
- Blood samples will be collected to perform various blood tests (listed in CHCC Package) the next morning as at least 12 hours of fasting is required for some tests. You can visit Shaukat Khanum Hospitals in Lahore & Peshawar, Shaukat Khanum Diagnostic Centre Liberty, Lahore or any Shaukat Khanum Laboratory Collection Centre near you to get these tests done the next morning.**

*For ultrasound at least 4 hours of fasting is required

VISIT 2: (FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT)
- On the follow-up visit, either in person or through telemedicine as per your convenience, the same consultant will discuss your health status with you, in view of the reports of diagnostic tests.
- In case any potential health issue is identified, further plan of action will be discussed in detail.
- Consultation with Clinical Nutritionist, as opted, for in person visit or telemedicine clinic will follow.
- Clinical Summary will be handed over to you, along with complete set of reports of the tests performed.
