D3 is the form of Vitamin D naturally produced in the body from sunlight.

Vitamin D absorption may decrease as we age, therefore older individuals may especially benefit from supplementation.
This product contains 10 mcg of Vitamin D which is equivalent to 400 IU.
Ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Vegetable Cellulose, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica.
No Artificial Color, Flavor or Sweetener, No Preservatives, No Sugar, No Milk, No Lactose, No Gluten, No Wheat, No Yeast, No Fish, Sodium Free.

Directions: For adults, take one (1) tablet one to two times daily, preferably with meals.
WARNING: If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications or have any medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature. Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.
Please note that drugs and supplements interact differently for person to person. So you should check all the possible interactions with your doctor or pharmacist before starting any medication.
INTERACTIONS:
Drugs : If you're taking any medications esp. Cholesterol-lowering drugs and Diuretics, Vit. D3 supplements could make it more difficult for your body to absorb both the medicine and the Vit. D3. To ensure you get the right amount and prevent poor absorption of your medication/s, take it 4 hours before or 6-8 hours after you take Vit D3. supplement.
Supplements : May be taken with other supplements such as Calcium.
